Why is my pool water cloudy?
Cloudy water can be caused by several issues including poor filtration, organic matter and resulting CYA issues, and/or incorrect chemical levels. Check your filter pressure, pump circulation, and test your water. Depending on how off things are or are not, using a clarifier will help your filter catch even the smallest of particles. Trouble shooting cloudy water can be extremely frustrating. Will the pool technician let me know if I have any problems with my equipment?
Yes. After every cleaning visit, our pool services technicians fill out a door hanger to let you know what was done, whether you need to wait four hours before swimming, as well as if there were any visible issues with your pool or pool equipment.
Will the pool technician add water if it is needed during the visit?
Yes. If needed, the technician will add water in most cases.
What should I do if I think my pool is losing water?
